1. Shipping & Delivery

·         Local shipping rates

All local orders in Malaysia can be shipped shipped by normal/registered mail or next day courier delivery (please check shipping rate here: POS Malaysia) 

·         International shipping rates

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please email us (info@cutecutebabyclothes.com) if you have any questions about the exact shipping charges to your country before placing your order. For Singapore customers, a flat rate of SGD5 will be charged for each order.

·         Delivery estimates

We usually process and ship out all orders within 48 hours of receiving your payments, Mondays to Fridays. Orders received over the weekend will be posted out on Monday. You should be receiving your order within 2-3 working days (Pos Laju). Do note that courier service is not available during weekends. Lil Hunny Bunny is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the shipping process.

2. Payment options

We accept online transfer for few Local bank (i.e. Maybank, Public Bank) and PayPal (renelle9595@yahoo.com). For Singapore customer, we accept online transfer to DBS Saving Account 149-37770-0.

3. Pre-Order Items

For our pre-order items, it will usually takes about 2-3weeks to arrive here depending on location (Korea, Japan). Please make enquiry regarding the shipping date prior to ordering for any pre-order items. 

4. Special Request (from Korea, Japan)

For those who are interested in getting items from Korea and Japan, you may send us the link or pictures. We could source the items for you.
